Get to know me!
My name is Tristen Lehrmann and I am currently an 8th grader at SLMS. My goals are to attend Thacher school in 2020, and graduate from Cal Poly with an architectural engineering degree. I love to learn about how the world works and I am determined to make my mark in society with an architectural breakthrough that will change the world.
I am on the path to be an eagle scout and belong to the EAA Young Eagles, the Sons of the American Legion, the Cambria Youth Collective, Math Counts, and my school's Honor Roll.
Some of my accomplishments are:
I love learning about everything including art, science, history, sports, survival, and everything else there is to learn! I am excited about being in an environment that promotes learning and growth.
As Ralph Waldo Emerson says:
"He who is not everyday conquering some fear has not learned the secret of life."
Sometimes it is scary to try something new, or to learn about a new concept. I love pushing past my fears to learn about the secrets, and the mysteries of life.
Learning is important to me
I love art, especially ceramics, sculpture, painting, drawling and music.
I was the only 7th grader in Algebra at my school.
I read 2,408,064 documented words. I love to read all kinds of books.
I love learning about all aspects of science. My favorite is learning about space, dark matter and the elements.
I love 2D and 3D art.
My Grandma encourages me to enter the fair competition every year. This year I won 1st place and money!
I took a class and earned the Air Force Cyber Certificate, I received a certificate from the California Legislature Assembly for my commitment for furthering STEM education.
